Door handle and lock replacement

I believe I have a 14 year old Kinco sliding door. I need to replace the handle and lock with a lock setup that can be locked or unlocked with a key. The door opens into a sun room so it does not get any weather.

I will need the entire handle and lock setup. The handle screws are 3 15/16 apart and the door is 1 3/8 thick.

Hey, Tim. This looks a lot like our 82-035. Give it a look and let me know if you agree. As for the mortise lock, look at our 82-227.
