Good morning

Can anyone please assist me i have a Pella sliding door the handles that i ordered from you does not align, the screw holes is perfect but the lock does not align. Please can you help me i have picture as well

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I see that you purchased our 82-093 and 82-095 handle sets from us. If the screw holes are perfect, can you tell me exactly in what way it doesn't align? Can you also show me a photo of your original handle set?

Please see the locking hole does not align with the lock. it needs to be more upwards.

Thanks, I see what you mean. Unfortunately we don't sell a version of the 82-093 or 82-095 with a latch that's oriented in a higher position. This is currently the only style we sell for this kind of lockset.

Would you still be able to get me a photo of your original handle set? It should be noted that at this stage I'm not sure if this is something we can supply, but I'd still like to check just in case.

Ultimately, you may want to get in touch with the original manufacturer of the door directly to see if they can supply you with the exact handle set used on this door when it was made.
