If there is no handle set to use as a reference, then that complicates matters a great deal. We won't be able to offer you a good replacement. In that scenario all we can do is guess. At the very least, I would need a clear photo of the space where the handle installs, the space where the mortise installs and installation hole center spacing in all cases.
