Door hardware

Question

House is 1900ish, best guess on door is 1980. Door is 1.5" thick. The cast piece that receives the screw for the knob broke, so I am looking for replacement hardware. I will buy anything that fits - one or two piece, not picky on style. It is 5.75" from top of top hole to bottom of lower hole. Each three hole set covers 2.25". There is no brand name on door or hardware - checked top of door, hinges, etc.
