See attached photo. Need "Y" shaped part adjacent to lock. I think the threads are stripped so it does not move in and out when the screw is turned.

We don't carry a replacement for the "Y" part in your pictures but our 42-009 might be worth considering. Compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think.
