Door hardware/sweep

Looking for door hardware for a Cole Sewell storm door registration number 011599900280122. The original doorhandle is brass wanting to replace it in matte black. Also need a 35 1/2 inch door sweep in white to replace the brass one.

Hello,

This is an old Emtek lockset. This exact set isn't available anymore, but past customers have been able to replace it with the 40-049. I found that this makes a pretty good replacement. Look over the related video and see what you think!
