We do carry the 42-008 satin chrome hinge, but looking at your photo I can see yours has a "tamper proof pin" on the center of each leaf. They are 4 X 4" hinges with radius corners. The sizes could fit your hinge, but I'm not sure if you specifically need the tamper proof type. What are your thoughts?
