Door hinges

Hello,
I have 6 hinges that are worn out. I am trying to find something that is a direct replacement. It says lamp pat p and also 100-302 and 100-010

See our 32-343 or 32-349. See if one of these could work for you. I am afraid it's very difficult to find exact replacements for these hinges, as there's many variations. See what you think.
