Door knob and lock for storm door- need replaced

Please see attached pictures. Hoping you have the replacement for them. The only marks are Cmech.

We do not carry this exact lock, but I think our 40-058 can be used as a substitute. The installation holes should line up, but you will also need to retrofit the keeper for the inside latch.
