Door latch

Question

I purchased the door latch from your company but the square insert was smaller than the one on my outdoor handle (see pics). In addition, the last latch had the square insert attached to it, so now I have no insert, and I thought your came with one.

In a perfect world, I need latch like the one I purchased, yet it needs to have the same dimensions and I also need the shaft insert that is missing. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks Tom

Thanks for posting! You can actually remove the spindle to accept a 5/16" insert. You can read our instructions how on the 40-150 store page, under the description.
