Door latch need replacement

Thanks for posting. If the mortise lock in the door has the measurements you posted, then the 40-194 mortise lock is what matches it. Unfortunately, we no longer carry a handle set that is compatible with this mortise lock, so if your old handle set is undamaged, you're best off reusing it.
