Hope you can identify the door latch for this Anderson 3000 series door. I've included a photo of both the front and back, and a photo of the original receipt which may have identifying info.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 40-194 mortise lock to see if this could work as a replacement. Thanks for posting!
