Door lock

Question

My lock was replaced around 3 years ago when the original one fell apart. The locking mechanism inside has failed and will hardly lock at all now. I need a replacement please.

This mortise lock looks like our 82-218 to me. Please compare and see if you agree. For a new handle set see the 82-086.
