Inside door lock it's 4 inch and screws holes 5/1/2 5 and half

We can't be sure without seeing the original mortise lock but the cutout looks like it would fit the 82-229. Please note that the installation holes are 5-1/4" apart. Your keeper resembles the 89-021. Review the specifications below and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
