hard to open from inside, latch does not retract all the way, which will be the price for replacement and ETA. Thank you

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the commercial door hardware shown in your photo. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
