Thanks for writing in! Your handle set appears to be the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. Although, it does look like the door may have been altered to accept this handle style. May I please see a photo of the space on the door, where the handle is installed, with the handle removed?

The compatible internal mortise lock appear to be the 82-218 Mortise Lock. This lock is compatible with a few different keepers. Take a look at the 89-020, 89-021, and 89-021D. You'll need to carefully compare the dimensions to determine which of these may be the best fit for your door. Unfortunately, since the original is missing, it would be difficult to determine which of these is the one you need.
