Door lock keeper

Thinking of buying your item 83-126 which is the right lock keeper for that latch.

I believe the 83-126 is compatible with a couple of different keepers. Do you happen to have the original keeper on hand for us to see? If not, I'd like to see the hole pattern in the door where it once installed, as well as the spacing between the holes. Thank you!
