Do you need a photo of the outside of the handle?

Thanks for posting. Are you looking for a keyed handle set? If so, is the thumb lever on the inside pull offset toward the bottom of the handle, rather than perfectly centered between the mounting screws? That's how it looks in your photo, but it could just be the angle, so please check. If it is offset, you could our 82-030B Handle Set.

However, if you mean you need the door's internal mortise lock that the handle set interacts with, there's a number of different ones that can work with this handle set, and so I need to see a picture of the mortise lock itself to ID what you need. Many thanks.
