Door not locking

A home owner from Pennsylvania says:
There is a sticker on the door frame that reads "ALI ADW-8 ASTM 2190-ARG" and lead me to your site. The door slides, opens and closes fine, but it no longer locks. The "flip switch" for the lock works, it moves, but it's as if it's just not "catching" and the door never locks. I need help ordering the correct replacement part. Thank you.

Hello,

It sounds like there is a problem with the mortise lock. If it's flipping fine, it may just need to be adjusted. That would extend the hook out further and maybe help it lock into the keeper. Give it a try and get back to us. We've also related a few videos to assist you. Thank you!

A home owner from Pennsylvania says:
Thank you. How do we adjust the lock? I've looked through a couple of articles and don't see anything about the lock specifically.
