Door pivot terms

A handy person from Alabama says:
What dimensions do the terms "offset" and "recessed" refer to? I need to replace an old set of worn pivots and want to make sure that I order the proper part.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
The "off set," in the context of this part, refers to the distance between the bottom threaded pivot and the side frame. If you want, show us some photos of the pivot in question. If we can see the mounting screw placements in the header and threshold, we may be able to find something for you.
