I have an Insulate Industries series 800-3100 sliding patio door (from the gold sticker), 8' x 8'. The bottom track and rollers have become worn and need replacing. Do you know which rollers these are from this information? I can get the dimensions of the rollers from the door but do not want to remove it just yet as it is very heavy and unwieldy.

I'm not familiar with that company. Could you show us some pictures of the door and of the AAMA sticker? That may help us. Ideally, we would like to see the rollers themselves out of the door; that is the only way to be 100% sure. But since you don't want to remove them just yet, let's try to exhaust all other possibilities.

Thanks for getting back to me on this. I ended up taking the door out adn pulling the rollers off. I used the dimensions from the old rollers to order some up from you yesterday. I should be good. I also ordered up an 8' section of the 1/4" steel track cap, hopefully this will work, if not I'll be contacting you again.
