Door rollers and insulation strips

Question

I do not know if the attached picture will be of any assistance but I am looking for new rollers and weather stripping for these doors. They are old but I am pretty sure relatively common in this area. The info from the picture may only reference the glass though I am afraid. Any information would be greatly appreciated. We'd be happy to help but, as you suspected, we would need to see photos of the rollers and weatherstripping uninstalled since the stamps on the door do not indicate the hardware that it uses. Thank you!
