Hi. Do you carry a replacement for this kind of seal?
The slot is pretty close to 1/4" ? too wide for the typical Lowe's type.

Not really, the approximate 1/4" tube is what is used to anchor a fairly generic vinyl clad triangular shaped foam?

Did I see A style of weatherstripping you carry that inserted into a .270 inch slot?

That's unfortunate. I'm not sure what you could have. As for the weatherstripping you're referencing, could you mean our 58-171? I can't promise this will work for you but you're more than welcome to give it a try. Our return policy can also be found here.
