Door stop vinyl weatherstripping

I believe the system is old kawneer but not totally sure. I was wonder if y'all could let me know what it is for sure and where to find it.

I don't know if it will work, but consider our 58-134 as a possible replacement. Make sure its measurements are the same, just in case.
