Door striping

Question

This came off of a single swing door off the locking side attached to the door. Does anybody recognize it or could point it out?

I'm afraid I don't recognize this seal. It looks very small for a door. Can you tell me how it installs? Does it use that ribbed kerf to push into a narrow slot?

If so, you may be able to use our 58-053. This is technically made for casement windows, but if the size is right and if it installs the same way then I think it's well worth considering.
