Door wall handle/lock

I'm afraid I can't tell what you have from this picture. Can you pull the camera back and show us a picture of the whole handle set in one shot? I'm afraid too much is obscured in this picture.

Thank you! I think we can replace this. Yours is actually an older model that isn't made anymore, but I think our 82-035 can replace it.

Keep in mind that this is a mortise type handle. What this means is that it's meant to interact with a mortise lock in the door like our 82-218, 82-227, or 82-226. You may want to just take a quick peek to confirm that your mortise lock resembles one of these. If so, then our 82-035 should be a great replacement for you.
