Door weather strip for a condo corp. 90 doors

Moulding has no marking. Corp is looking at replacing all moulding. 36 inch front doors and 32 inch swing doors.

I am afraid we don't carry this exact kerf seal, but the 58-055 is similar and I am wondering if you could use it as a substitute. Please compare.
