Door weather stripping

I don't recognize this seal, but we may be able to find something that can replace it. We'll need more specific dimensions before we recommend anything, though.

To start out, can you give me the width of the "T" base that slides into the track? Can you also give me the overall height? I've mocked up a reference using your photo that should help clarify what I need.
