This looks similar to the kerf piece that comes with our 58-008 kit. However, it is not available separately. Look it over and see what you think.

Product Code: 58-008 is for a metal door. My door is wood.

I tried the Lowe's weatherstripping but it was wide enough to seal the door. The gap is half inch when the door is closed.

Is there another option?

Wood door, kerf weatherstripping, seal half inch gap between door and stop.

Hello again! You could consider our 58-056E. This has a .490" tall seal, which should be enough for your 1/2" gap. It also installs the same way.

Since your door is wood, you could also consider the 58-169. Rather than fitting into a precisely sized slot like the 58-056E and your original, this install using nails. That allows you to adjust it to the best possible seal before installation, allowing you a little bit more control.
