While this lock looks somewhat similar to something like our 82-226, it's different enough where I have doubts it would work as a replacement. The handle set itself is not a type we sell. Do you by chance know the company who made your door?

A home owner from Columbia MD says:
We have no clue. It was replaced by the previous owner.

Our closest matches for the mortise lock would be the 82-218, or versions of this lock with a face plate, such as the 82-227 and aforementioned 82-226. If that lock could work, then in theory you could use a handle set like the 82-030 as a replacement. I can't guarantee that any of this will work, but it's our best matches I can offer. Compare the dimensions and see what you think.
