Door won't slide properly

I'm looking for a replacement track for the door, but can't identify the door the little edge thing is upside down the glass and it appears to read CFR1201 – CTIASIZ 971–19 84

We offer the 6' long 80-106 sliding door track. It is narrow to accommodate a variety of threshold openings, but review the specifications and installation video below to see if this could work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
