Door won't stay on track. Where is the failure?

Hi!
I've got a customer with these great, 60's-vintage bifold doors that won't stay on the tracks. They're too heavy and too nice to hang on the big-box garbage. Problem is, I'm not sure where the failure is.
What seems to happen is the roll guide falls out at the insertion opening, and then the top pivot pops out, and all hell breaks loose.
What do I need to make these great old doors work like new again?

Hello,

The problem could be the bottom pivot bracket and the bottom pivot, which raise and align the door. We can't be sure since those parts aren't shown in your photos. The top pivot bracket was discontinued by the manufacturer, and they offered no replacement. We do have the 23-318 roller guide, but it looks like the track is worn out. We suggest a new track like the 23-462 with the 23-182 top pivot and 23-266 guide. If you need a new bottom pivot bracket, see the 23-292 and 23-144 bottom pivot. Thanks for posting!
