Doorhandle not working properly

Hello! I did a Google image search and came across your website. We have not been able to identify the maker of our doorhandle, but it does match some of your previous post. I saw that handles cannot be replaced, but are there parts we can order that match the door. Our doorhandle no longer functions correctly. As we are not the owners who put in the doors, we do not know who originally installed them or how old they.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that that we would not be to supply you with any replacement parts compatible with your door. The mortise lock you have has a faceplate that extends the entire length of the door and none of the handle sets we sell are compatible with this hardware, unfortunately.

Your handle set kind of look similar to an Andersen brand hinged patio door but we cannot confirm that with certainty. Check to see if there are any labels or names stamped on the hardware (possibly on the mortise lock or the inside of the handle) or the lower corner of the glass lite stating the brand name of the door.
