Thanks for reaching out! The 58-085 7' Commercial Door Weatherstrip is the only replacement we have for commercial door weatherstripping. The faceplate you have can likely be replaced with the 79-030 Weatherstripped Faceplate made for a door with a long throw. 

To determine if these might be a fit, you'll need to take a look over their dimensions and compare them to your hardware.
