Hello,

To determine if we can supply a replacement for you, we'll need to know the exact distance between the mounting holes on the base plate of your handle, from center to center. Thank you!

As per your request please find attached a photo that shows the distance between the screws.

It looks like you may be able to use our 82-086 legacy handle set as long and your installation holes measure 3-15/16" from center to center as shown on our product page. Thank you!
