Hi. I have a Dorwal keyed patio door handle that has lasted as long as it could. I was searching the internet and came to your site with 2 possible replacements, 87-004K and 87-055K. Can you tell me what is the difference between the 2 kits? Besides the price and the color. Will it be a direct replacement for the Dorwal? I am looking more toward the 87-055K, because I would rather have the black color. Also, is it in stock?
My Dorwal is 3 1/2" hole-to-hole and fits on a patio door with about a 1 1/2" thickness.
My only question about installation is with the latch and key cylinder assembly, is there a special way to put them together? I know this is a stupid question, but I don't want to have to ask later. =)
Thanks.

Thanks for posting! The 82-004K and 82-055K handle sets are actually interchangeable. The biggest difference is the color. I do not know if they would replace your Dorwal handle, I would have to see a few pictures of it.
There is no special way to put together these keyed sets. You would install them as normal.

Hi. I am attaching photos of my handle for you to look at. If you can confirm for me that the 82-055K can be a fit, I'll place the order as soon as I can. =)
Thanks.
Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us! Yes, it appears that our 82-055K is our closest match. Just make sure that the dimensions shown all line up with your hardware! That's the most important part.
