Double 35" black tip balancer setup

Question

Worker on a job replacing 35" balancers for a client. They're TRACO windows with a double balancer set up, (1) larger dia, and (1) smaller dia balancer. Have matched the shoes to the 15-118, and customer has previously purchased the larger balancers, but was unaware of the smaller dia balancer tucked back in the pocket. I am having a heck of a time researching it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The larger balancer is 9/16 in dia, the smaller is 3/8 in dia.

The correct Series for a tilt window with 3/8" balance tubes is Series 900. The correct item for your length is S900-35. As for the tip color, you're going to need to remove the sash and weigh it to tell. There's a chart on the S900-35 webpage that will tell you how to match the sash weight to a tip color.
