Sure thing! Take a look at our 82-030 handle set and 82-218 mortise. These appear to match your old parts pretty well, just make sure the dimensions are the same.

I'm also not sure if you need the keeper, but consider our 89-041 to start. Please make sure to review our dimensions first before you buy anything. We also sell the 89-029 which is a different size.
