Double Hook Mortise Lock

Question

May we please have help on recognizing lock and parts for sliding glass door. We have checked all over the door and can not locate a sticker of what kind of door this is. We have adjust door a couple times but the ladies at Hooters continue to break this lock.

If the hole spacing to mount the handle set is 4-15/16" from center-to-center, see our 82-080 handle set. The mortise lock is a bit unusual since it looks like our 82-238, but uses a recessed face plate. Our lock does not use the same faceplate, so you'd have to reuse the old one if possible, after comparing the dimensions below to your assembly. Take a look and see what you think.
