Double Hook Mortise Lock

Hello. I recently ordered and received a double hook mortise lock (part no. 82-238). The good news is it fits just right. The bad news is my problem isn't solved. The key just keeps spinning and spinning when I turn it. I have attached a picture of my current lock. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hello again. Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. It looks like your latch lever is broken at the end. See our 82-240 for a possible replacement. If your key cylinder is also broken, see our 82-310 as well.
