Double Hung Adnersen Windows from 1980

Can you help identify a replacement latch for my Andersen Double Hung windows from 1980. The part number on the back is 1630008. The spring mechanism on the lower sash is below the surface of the sash. The upper sash rail has a slight angle to it that doesn't come through on the pic.

I haven't had any luck locating anything even close to this, so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
