I'm need this channel in 2 different Heights 18 channels in 29".5
And 18 channels in 32".5

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I think we can help you replace these balances, but they will have to be a custom order. Can you provide pictures of any stamped numbers on the two kinds of balances you need? Once we have that, we will email you a custom order link for each. Thanks.

The sample balances themselves wouldn't necessarily help us determine the spring calibration. If there are no stamps, the best thing to do is to weigh the window sashes that these balances need to support. Let us know those exact weights, and they will let us determine the spring strength you need for your window balances.
