Double Hung (Tilt) window balancers

Question

I have reviewed your products that are similar in design to what I am needing. Unfortunatly, majority of the numbers are worn off the balancers that I have. The only numbers that I can read are (PAT 5232208). I'm needing the coils and the plastic piece that they hook into. I do not see any numbers or letter on the plastic piece.

Your pivot shoe reminds me of our 15-263 but you'll want to compare our dimensions to yours to confirm this matches what you need. This shoe uses the short tongue S195 and long tongue S196 springs. You'll also need to weigh your sash on a scale and divide the weight by the number of coils on both sides of the window to determine the correct strength option.
