Double Hung Vinyl Tilt

Question

I'm curious if this is enough information to order replacement parts. I believe they were manufactured for Alside window systems. Most of the pivots are broken and are stuck in the sash. The pivot shoes are fairly disintegrated.

The property was wife's parents, recently passed and is in upstate NY, near Albany. Plan on trying to fix or find a contractor to repair this summer.

For the pivot bar, please review the dimensions of the 26-226 to see how they compare. Also review the 15-188 or 15-178 for the pivot shoe. The original will need to be removed for accurate dimensions.

Do you need replacements for the spiral balances as well? If so, we will need to know the diameter and length of the metal tube. Thank you!
