Double Hung Window 53x35 Plastic Piece

I am looking to identify the pictured plastic items for my 53x35 double hung windows. One side is whole and the other is snapped. I can not identify what these parts are called in order to replace.

I'm afraid that I don't recognize this part either. I'm reminded of our 16-031 mounting bracket, but yours still looks very different. Could this be what you're looking for? Look it over and let me know what you think.
