Double Hung Window Balances

I have a home with wood windows that are approximately 28 years old (manufacturer unknown), and several balances need to be replaced (see photos). When I had a local window company replace a few about 10 years ago, they replaced the entire plastic track that have the balances built-in (the tracks are 3 5/8 inches wide and vary in length depending upon the window). Do you sell the parts to replace these balances or the entire plastic track with built-in balances? Thanks for your help!

It's tough to make out what you have while it's still installed, but it seems similar to our Series 751 channel balance. Look it over and let me know what you think.

Thanks Tom. I think you may be right, so I just ordered two 24" Series 751 HD balances to see if they work in my windows. If they do, I will be ordering a dozen or so more of varying lengths. Thanks again for your assistance!
