Double Hung Window Latch

Question

Looking for latches for double hung vinyl windows, windows were made by American Jewel Windows in Lodi NJ, need for a building we own. Measurements are 3 1/8" long, 1 5/16" wide screw holes are 2 1/16". Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your photos with us. We'd like for you to start your search with taking a look at both our 26-120 and 26-121 top tilt latches. Our measurements are very similar with yours. When comparing your part with ours, you want to compare it with one that is not damaged that shows the locking "tooth" of your latch. Since I can not see the locking tooth on the photos of your latch, I cannot determine whether this is the exact replacement you need.
