Double Hung Window Pivot Shoe

Hi,
I have a Greatlakes Grandview 4000 Twin Double Hung (white vinyl) window with a cracked pivot shoe. The entire piece measures approximately 2 1/4" (h) x 1 1/2" (w) x 1/2" (d). See attached photos. Also curious if you have an installation video for these.
