I could not locate any names or numbers on the windows. The windows are aluminum clad wood and are in very good shape for being 15 years old. The seals are not in the best of condition.
Also need tilt latches. Holes are 2 5/8" center to center. 13/16" wide. Nose is 1/2". Unit has 2 pieces. Outer piece is 3 13/16" lenght. Width is 7/8". Inner piece is 3 1/4" lenght. Depth of whole unit is 5/8".
Thanks for posting! We do not carry any kerf mount, foam filled bubble seal in the specifications you have showing here, unfortunately. The closest match we have is our 58-055 but it is not foam filled and has an angled base, so I do not believe this will work as a replacement for you.
In regard to the internal latches, may I please see how these are installed to the window?

Yours appears to be both a surface mount and an internal latch, mixed together. Unfortunately, there isn't anything link it in our inventory and we do not have anything that could work as a suitable replacement.
