Double Hung Window Weather seal Identifcation

Question

Looking to replace the weather stripping on my windows all the windows in my home have this flat vinyl track that slides in the bottom part of the upper panel of the double hung window.
If you look at the photos it has this foam filled weather stripping as well.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to know how the round seal attaches to the window track. There should be some kind of flat backing or kerfed base, which we'll need to see to narrow down your options. Thank you!
